Road and traffic impacts for April 18-25, 2025

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Below are the updated City of Gainesville traffic impacts scheduled for April 18-25, 2025.
New Notices
NW 15th Ave.: Northwest 15th Avenue, between Northwest 34th Street and Northwest 31st Drive, will be closed from April 23-25. Westwood Middle School and Westminster Presbyterian Church will have access via Northwest 31st Drive.
Continuing Notices
NW First St.: Northwest First Street, between West University Avenue to Northwest First Avenue, will be closed with detours until May 30.
NW Sixth St.: Northwest Sixth Street, between Northwest Eighth Avenue and Northwest Seventh Avenue, has single-lane closures (right-turn lane only) headed southbound until May 31.
Note: All lane and road closures are subject to change due to unforeseen conditions, such as inclement weather.
