GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Below are the updated City of Gainesville traffic impacts scheduled for July 18-25, 2025.

New Notices

Lane closures: There will be intermittent lane closures for utility projects on Sunday, July 27, from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. at the following three intersections:

NW Eighth Avenue and Main Street
NW 23rd Avenue and NW 43rd Street
E. University Avenue and Waldo Road

Continuing Notices

NW First St.: Northwest First Street, between West University Avenue to Northwest First Avenue, will be closed with detours until July 31.

Note: All lane and road closures are subject to change due to unforeseen conditions, such as inclement weather.
