GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Santa Fe College celebrates first-generation students on First Gen Day, Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Building R, Room 001 on SF’s Northwest Campus, 3000 NW 83rd Street, Gainesville.

A designated NASPA First-Gen Forward Institution, Santa Fe College is committed to supporting first-generation students. First Gen Day at SF celebrates First Gen college students as well as faculty and staff who were first-generation graduates.

Santa Fe College President Paul Broadie II, Ph.D. will kick off the event with a welcome speech, followed by engaging presentations and a resource fair. Pizza, prizes, and t-shirts will be provided to first-generation students and staff on a first-come, first-served basis.
