GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Saucy! by KFC makes its local debut this week with its first Gainesville-area location opening at Westgate Shopping Plaza (3403 W. University Ave.) on April 1.

Saucy! is bold and flavor-forward – remixing fast food for a new generation with freshly-made chicken tendies paired with 12 globally inspired sauces, giving guests endless mix-and-match combinations. Rooted in KFC’s Original Recipe®, it’s playful, customizable, and unmistakably Saucy!.

The experience goes beyond the plate. From 10 a.m. daily, the modern, tech-forward spaces feature vibrant pink interiors, self-serve kiosks, and convenient drive-thrus. Starting at 9 p.m., the lights dim, the music turns up, and the restaurant transforms into a late-night hangout built for “vibe dining” – and when the dining room closes at midnight, the cravings continue through the drive-thru.

To celebrate the grand opening, guests can stop by starting at 10:00 a.m. on April 1 for special giveaways and complimentary bites (while supplies last).

The celebration continues on Saturday, April 18, with a Saucy Soirée Party you won’t want to miss, featuring free swag bags, a Sauce Bar tasting guided by a Sauce Sommelier, a live DJ, a photobooth, interactive games, and more.
