St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church collects used clothing and other household goods

NEWBERRY, Fla. – St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church has added a “Little Shed” to accept donations of gently used clothing (no holes or stains), shoes, belts, purses, blankets, towels, sheets, pillowcases, curtains, and stuffed toys.
This partnership with St. Pauly’s Textiles encourages communities to donate locally and help the planet by keeping clothing out of landfills. Wearable clothing is distributed to those in need in developing nations. Anything unwearable may be recycled into other textile-based products.
Please make sure all items are in a tied bag. Donations are tax-deductible. Help us help others worldwide! All usable clothing that is collected can be used by someone, somewhere in the world.
The Church has access to the donated clothing, permitting local distribution as the need arises.
