Talent search auditions this weekend for upcoming ONOP GNV celebration

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – One Nation One Project GNV (ONOP GNV) and community partners will host the Apollo Theater Talent Search with auditions this weekend. Winners will be announced at the Summer (You)th Celebration! later this month. 

When: 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Sat., July 13 and Sun., July 14

Where: Lincoln Middle School, 1001 SE 12th St.

Individuals ages 5-25 are eligible to audition, either solely or in a group of three or fewer performers. Performers from the top two acts will receive an all-expense-paid trip to New York City to compete at Amateur Night at the Apollo Theater.

A registration form, rules, and additional requirements are available online. Advance registration is not required; eligible performers who arrive on-site (“walk ups”) to audition are welcome.
