Texas de Brazil, the nation’s premier Brazilian Steakhouse, is coming to Butler

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Butler Enterprises is pleased to announce the newest restaurant experience destination, Texas de Brazil, Churrascaria Steakhouse, is coming to Butler Town Center. This family-owned business opened their first location in 1998, bringing the best of both worlds, Brazilian Churrascaria and the Lone Star State steakhouse tradition, as one dining destination. As of 2025, this family business has over 60 franchise locations in the world. Texas de Brazil will bring the Brazilian churrasco steakhouse experience to the city of Gainesville and surrounding counties. Texas de Brazil will be a 6,300 sq ft restaurant in Butler Town Center.

For over 25 years, Texas de Brazil has consistently and authentically served Brazilian culinary traditions, providing churrasco culture tableside from Alabama to Texas and now North Central Florida at Butler Town Center. Texas de Brazil will offer gaucho way meat selections, Brazilian-skewered and roasted to perfection over an open flame with natural wood charcoal, along with tableside barbecued pork ribs, garlic picanha, parmesan drumettes, Brazilian sausage, and other churrascaria steakhouse traditions.

Unique salads and signature sides are also part of the Texas de Brazil consistent and authentic flavorful experience that includes chef-crafted salads and hot items such as Brazilian cheese bread, giardiniera, and feijoada black beans. Finish the best of both worlds with decadent desserts options such as Brazilian papaya cream and passion fruit mousse accompanied with a signature cocktail – the Caipirinha, Brazil’s national cocktail.
