The ARK Church of Gainesville to host backpack giveaway on August 3

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Ark Church of Gainesville is thrilled to announce its upcoming community backpack giveaway event. As the new school year approaches, we recognize many families’ financial strain in providing essential school supplies for their children. To alleviate this burden, our church has organized a backpack distribution initiative to equip every student with the tools they need to succeed academically.

On August 3rd, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., The Ark Church will open its doors to the community, offering free backpacks filled with notebooks, pens, pencils, and other essential items. Our goal is to ensure that no child starts the school year without the necessary supplies, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.

This event is open to all families in need, and no registration is required. We invite parents and guardians to bring their children and receive their backpacks on a first-come, first-served basis. Together, we can make a positive impact on our community and support the education of our youth.
