UF Baseball: Gators Hit Road Tuesday, Return Home Wednesday for Jacksonville Midweek Series

Florida Baseball, fresh off an opening-weekend sweep of Marshall, faces Jacksonville (1-2) in a pair of 6 p.m. mid-week games, the first of which will be Tuesday on the road, followed by a return trip to McKethan Stadium Wednesday.
The Gators scored 34 runs on 34 hits opening weekend, accounting for the third-highest run total in a season-opening series in head coach Kevin O’Sullivan’s tenure. Florida ended the weekend ranked fourth nationally in home runs (seven) and 10th nationally in slugging percentage (.606). UF also drew 23 walks, helping it climb into the top 20 nationally in on-base percentage (.454).
The impressive opening weekend also moved the Gators up to No. 2 in the D1Baseball.com Top 25.
Tuesday’s game will stream on ESPN+, while Wednesday’s game will stream on SEC Network+. Both streams are accessible via the ESPN app.
