GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Highs will remain in the mid-90s for the next few days, with a chance of scattered showers on Wednesday. The National Hurricane Center is watching a potential system in the Atlantic that could develop into a hurricane within 7-10 days; although most model tracks curve back out into the ocean or head into the southern Caribbean, Floridians should keep an eye on this one (see spaghetti models below).
