Women in NAACP hosts Women’s Health Summit on March 14

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The WIN Committee (Women in NAACP) invites you to join their very exciting free Women’s Health Summit – Our Sisters Village from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the GTEC Building (2153 SE Hawthorne Rd.). Not only is the event FREE for the first fifty women to register, but you will also receive lunch at no cost and a chance to win one of the fabulous door prizes. We especially want to have young women between the ages of 18 -24 years in attendance.
This summit is all about Self-Love, Understanding Trauma, Spiritual Support, Economic Empowerment, and Positive Self-Esteem. Attendees will have an opportunity to experience three of the concurrent workshops: Economic Empowerment, Make-up, Massages, and Spiritual Support. You will also receive free make-up samples. The purpose of the NAACP WIN Committee is to enhance the leadership role of women within the NAACP and the broader community. WIN serves as an advocacy vehicle to address social, economic, political, educational, and health issues affecting women and children. It also advocates for the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual development of children, while supporting the overall mission and vision of the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People).
