15-year-old charged as adult with conspiracy to commit murder

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – De’Marion Terrell Robinson, 15, has been charged as an adult with conspiracy to commit second-degree murder in connection with a suspected gang-related shooting at The Grove at Sweetwater Preserve on March 16.
At about 8 p.m. on March 16, Gainesville Police Department (GPD) officers responded to The Grove at Sweetwater Preserve (125 SE 19th Place) after receiving calls about shots fired. Officers reportedly found about 22 shell casings from a rifle (.223/.556) and 9mm pistol in front of a building and confirmed that bullets had hit at least three apartments and two vehicles. Officers reported that the apartments “were occupied with adults and young children who narrowly avoided being struck by the bullets,” but nobody was injured in the shooting.
Video surveillance showed a white sedan driving into the area just before the shooting and then fleeing at a high rate of speed immediately after the shooting.
Laron Detron Murphy, 18, and Jordan Tyreek Welch, 19, were previously arrested on similar charges related to the same shooting, along with Malachi Ahmad Rosario, 18, and Johntavious Reshard Peterson, 16.
One of the other co-defendants identified Robinson as one of the people who had gone to The Grove in the white sedan.
A Gainesville Police Department Detective reported that there is evidence that the shooting was gang-related and that the co-defendants, who are reportedly “South” gang members, targeted a group of people who are “Bricks” gang members.
Post Miranda, Robinson reportedly admitted that he had been a passenger in the stolen white sedan but denied having any involvement in the shooting incident.
Robinson has been charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree murder. He has juvenile convictions in 2024 and 2025, and Judge David Kreider ordered him held without bail until trial.

These kids are so young, and they have destroyed their lives.
I want to say that I agree with you, but I do think their parents (or lack thereof) have destroyed their lives, which at this point in time is just about an outbreak of immorality.
This is what happens when you are forced to assimilate into a culture that operates via chicanery and has a history of oppression of your people and immorality.

4. The black woman has been told with education and finances she is empowered and through cable programming and entertainment that she does not need a man, now aligning herself with the feminist movement.
The craziest part about this all, is we were literally conquered and enslaved by the descendants of the barbarians and now they call us immoral after forcing us to give up our moral culture for this.
That’s the biggest problem most forms of government, those who control it get to maintain and promote their culture and heritage, those who don’t must give theirs up and assimilate.
I often tell black boys and men, when you look at history the only one that has ever loved you or come to save you is God.
Notice in America everyone has been helped and empowered except for you.
Now even our women talk about themselves and the kids, as if the black community is now, the women and the kids on one side and the men on the other.
They took the 40 acres from the family run by the man, the men still built great towns and did business among themselves, it was all burned down, and then they gave the women empowerment in exchange for her living out of order and putting her man out of the house.
Last but not least, you can’t charge him as an adult, he can’t even drive legally by himself, can’t sign a legal binding document, but wait when it comes to a crime now he is no longer a child he is a fully functioning adult, this is madness.
People are more comfortable seeing us in mugshots or uniforms than in our true form. White people refuse to acknowledge what they have done to ensure that the negroe stays in subjection. Destroy the minds of the young males and females, and you handicap that nation of people.
If you know your forefathers created a system that would ensure you have the advantages, of course the children will throw their hands up and say I’m not racist, I didn’t do anything.

Here is a parallel, how did they push the alternative lifestyles, they started in the schools 20 years ago, with the babies knowing by the time they are young adults, we have groomed them to be amicable to the coming agenda, they are going to love Obama.
The way this way done is the same way the attack on the black male has been carried out, bit by by over time on all fronts.
So now when you understand this history and you see these young men, have compassion for them, and understand that these same young men could have been and still may be great men.
The white male has no excuse in America except when it comes to dealing with his feminist woman. The black male has every excuse because they never stopped messing with us, I don’t wanna assimilate, I wanna walk in my true glory. I can live amongst and be civil and enjoy times, but I’m no longer walking hunched over, with my eyes down, its back straight, chin up, and a look on confidence on my face, they said we was savages, when they were, they said we were dumb, yet they copied all their gods, philosphy, and wisdom from people like us and repackaged it as their own intellect.

He’s 15. Unfortunately for him, the culture his parents allowed him to become immersed in was one of violence, irresponsibility, and crime.
Life is full of choices; some make good ones, others make bad ones. Hopefully he can recover from this bad choice and become a productive, contributing member of society.
Never blamed anyone for his actions, just brought light to how he may have ended up, like so many other youth…in the system.

When guns are so cheap and available that teenagers run around with them, bad things are going to happen, including the crime rate. This common occurrence here is close to unthinkable in Europe, Japan, and most of the rest of the developed and civilized world.
It’s amazing how they recruit these kids into gangs. Gangs are out for one thing and that is to destroy other peoples lives in some way or another. It’s like these kids don’t care about others or even their own family. GPD doesn’t like to talk about it much, But there is a gang problem in Alachua County as a whole.
Unfortunately these types know how to shoot guns and commit crimes before they can create a conducive, concise thought on a piece of paper.

If parents were required to help pay for some of the cost: jail, court, police of their offspring’s bad behavior, there would likely be more parenting and perhaps, fewer offspring who are offenders.
