17-year-old charged with attempted murder

Micha’el McCloud, who just turned 17 on October 12, has been charged as an adult with attempted first degree murder and moved from the Juvenile Detention Center to the Alachua County Jail.
McCloud is accused of attempting to kill an unnamed person “with a premeditated design” on September 24, 2021, carrying a firearm, discharging a firearm, and causing serious injury to that person. He is being held on $500,000 bond.
