17-year-old on probation charged as adult with armed burglary and armed robbery

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Ja’vion Delquan Williams, 17, has been charged as an adult with burglary and assault while armed with a firearm and two counts of robbery with a firearm. He was on juvenile probation at the time of the alleged incident.
According to the information filed in the case, Williams is accused of entering a vehicle occupied by two men on September 28, 2022, while armed with a gun. He is also accused of assaulting the two men. He allegedly took an iPhone 12 and a wallet with cash and identification cards during the robbery.
Williams has a juvenile history in 2018-2022 and was on probation for trespassing at the time of the alleged robbery. Williams is being held on $550,000 bail.
