18-year-old charged with two capital felonies for sexual battery of a child

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Xiony Ellionet-Lebron Alvira, 18, was arrested last night and charged with two counts of sexual battery on a child under 12 (capital felonies) and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12 (a life felony).

The alleged incidents reportedly occurred last summer, when the child visited Alvira’s apartment in the Majestic Oaks apartment complex; at the time, Alvira was 18 and the victim was 8 years old. The victim reportedly told the Child Protection Team that Alvira twice forced him to perform oral sex and once put lotion on the child’s “private” and rubbed it.

The victim reported that Alvira ejaculated into his mouth the first time, which he described as “nasty,” but when he resisted the second time, Alvira allegedly said, “If you don’t do it, I’m gonna kill you.”

The child told investigators, “I was afraid Xiony was going to kill me… Every time I go to sleep, I’m afraid he’s going to come to my room and kill me.”

Post Miranda, Alvira reportedly denied at first that he knew the child but later changed his story and admitted that he knew him. He denied all of the allegations.

Judge Susan Miller-Jones set bail at $250,000, and a motion for pre-trial detention has been filed.

    Hopefully the reclassification of child sex charges to life or capital felony charges will help save more children going forward by deterring the pedos. Must give credit to Fla legislation and Gov for getting that codified finally.

He will never free himself of this sick criminal desire he has for young children. The pedo bug has already infected his mind with no vaccine available ever. Life in prison is the only way to the monster away from kids. Hopefully a short life sentence.

    • What the “perp” doled out may have been forced on him at a young age. Regardless, judging by his looks and the nature of his crime, prison is going to be for him.

As a society we MUST get tougher and begin to execute these people within a year of committing these heinous crimes. Maybe even make the exexutions public so it can be a warning to others. I for one would buy a ticket to seem him put down. We will implode as a nation if we don’t get tougher with these people.

  • This should be a no-bail warrant and proceed directly to prison. That poor child. Also, where were the child’s parents while this was happening?

    • Your right were the parents? By his looks I wouldn’t trust to leave him alone with a snake. They should remove child from them forever. And they should be placed on probation for child neglect.

  • We have had these capital sexual offenses statutes for decades & I rarely have ever seen the offenders receive a death sentence. The last I can recall is Cherish Perrywinkle. Please do right by this child victim.

  • Why was the child at this guys apartment and being only 8 years old, where Wes his parents, and why did he go back to the apartment, something is not jiving up, the parents hold some responsibility here

    • The parents probably trusted this kid with their kid. Growing up knowing neighbors, and someone who they’ve known a long time. That’s probably the case. Either way, someone should look into it.

  • No proof. No investigation. No evidence. Who do you believe in this case? Other children’s denied allegations younger and older. Is it coaching or just the child lying?

    • What proof do you need? The child clearly went into detail of what happened. If Xiony says he didn’t do it, does that mean he is free to go?? Just so he can do it to someone else’s child? possibly yours?

  • The child presently 10yrs of age and the other kid 18yrs of age. But the 10yrs old “was 8 yrs old” at the time so that makes the 18yr old 16yrs of age at the time. Do the math dumb asses. 🤦🏽‍♀️
