A New Chapter Begins at The Family Church

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A deep-rooted member of the local faith community is welcoming a new senior pastor to their leadership team. Pastor Adam Waite and his wife Laura will celebrate their inaugural service at The Family Church this Sunday, October 30, at 10:00 a.m.

They will be joined by their three children, Jude, Ella, and Finn. The Waite family recently made the transition to Gainesville from their home in Minnesota. Adam has worked in ministry for more than 22 years and is passionate about seeing people come to a saving relationship with Christ.

“We are excited about the next chapter that God is writing at The Family Church and honored that He has called us to serve the community of Gainesville. We look forward to seeing you soon. Come join us on October 30,” Adam shared recently as a special message to the community.

The Family Church is a non-denominational Christian church and has been a vibrant member of the North Central Florida faith community since 1993. Their mission is to help all people discover family in Christ. They do this through discipleship, corporate worship, service, global missions, and community ministry.

Their “Kid 2 Kid Closet” ministry recently received media attention for providing free formula to local families throughout the ongoing baby formula shortage.

Pastor Adam and Laura Waite will kick off this new chapter at their inaugural service on Sunday, October 30 at 10:00 a.m. The Family Church extends a warm welcome to any members of the community that would like to join this special celebration either in person or online.
