ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. – Alachua County is excited to announce the launch of a new online volunteer hub, making it easier than ever for residents to get involved in local programs or apply for County advisory boards.

This user-friendly platform allows volunteers to explore a wide range of opportunities, including environmental conservation, animal resources, arts, bicycling, and other initiatives. Residents can sign up for programs that match their interests and skills, form volunteer teams, and even track their hours and activities – all from an easy-to-use dashboard – by visiting https://volunteer.alachuacounty.us/.

Volunteers can browse opportunities by department from the main dashboard or click the “Volunteer Now” link to see all available options. Once a suitable opportunity is found, users can register individually or as a team. First-time users must sign up and complete a volunteer waiver to participate.
