How much is this going to cost the taxpayers? FIX THE ROADS!
Can neighbors use it too?
Is their a Landlord helpline to get rid of non paying bums? Is their help for landlords who have their property destroyed by “tenants” who haven’t paid rent since before covid? Yeah thought so …
Prior to assisting a tenant, this new agency’s representatives should be required to visit the property and see if the tenant is destroying it. I never met a landlord that wanted to get rid of somebody who took care of the property, wasn’t a nuisance to the neighbors and made an honest effort to pay the rent timely.
