Chelsi Ariel Shambre Lumpkin, 26, of Alachua was arrested yesterday afternoon and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
According to the arrest report, Lumpkin was in the drive-through of the Popeyes on US 441 in Alachua at 4:00 p.m. when she got into a dispute with the employee there and requested that someone else prepare her food. During the argument, Lumpkin allegedly pulled out a handgun and waved it in the drive-through employee’s direction, stating, “Bitch don’t fix my food.” The handgun was later found in Lumpkin’s handbag; she has a valid concealed weapons license.
The chicken sandwich at Chic-filet is better…good thing
Is: nobody got hurt and she’s gonna lose her CWP.
In Alachua this is called “Saturday.” Things will not get better. The city commission is clueless. The police department is not accredited and the new city manager is seriously underqualified and way over his head. They hired a qualified black city manager Kamal Latham but the cracker good ole boyz fired him before he started.
So much for that permit to carry.
Released without bond. What nice court system. Although they were tough. She is Prohibited from shopping at Popeyes. Hope that KFC opens soon.
