April 11 evening update: 174 cases in Alachua County

According to the stateĀ dashboard, Alachua County now has 174 COVID-19-positive cases, up from 167 at this time yesterday. No deaths have been reported. 24 people to date have been hospitalized (no information about recoveries or current hospitalization counts is available).
15 residents or staff in long-term care facilities have been diagnosed with COVID-19, up from 13 yesterday. The median age of those with positive tests is 42.
The state has 18986 cases (an increase of 1018 from this time yesterday) and 458 deaths (an increase of 39 from this time yesterday).
Dade County has 36% of the stateās cases. Broward has 15%; Palm Beach 8%; Orange 5%; and Hillsborough 4%. Alachua County represents about 1.2% of the stateās population and 0.92% of the stateās cases.
3633 people have been tested so far in Alachua County (up 140 from this time yesterday), and 3450 tests have come back negative, so 95% of the tests so far have been negative. Only 4.8% of the local tests have come back positive so far. (The numbers in the various categories donāt add up to the total number of tests listed on the dashboard, but since we donāt know which number is incorrect, weāre reporting them as theyāre given on the dashboard.) 6 COVID-19 tests are pending in Alachua County, and 10 are inconclusive.
According to theĀ daily reportĀ (note that the data in that report and the dashboard donāt always match up because they are published at different times), there are 131 cases in Gainesville, 11 in Alachua, 7 in Newberry, 5 in Hawthorne, 4 in High Springs, 3 in Micanopy, 2 in Tioga, 1 in LaCrosse, and 1 in Archer. These numbers do not rise to the level of epidemic or seasonal Flu as reported by the CDC. The USA is on unconstitutional lock-down in violation of the first amendment.
