2 things to make special note of:
1. Shouldn’t EVERY month be “Child Abuse Prevention Month”?
2. The county is not capable of caring for the lands it has purchased financially. They are a financial “millstone” to the taxpayers of Alachua county.
One day, the “realtruth” will set you free.
Why would they make these proclamations after the fact, halfway into the month? Should this have been done in March?
Excellent point.
A proclamation that April is National Healthcare Decision Month”? ….I hope it States that: “we citizens can make
Our own decisions when it comes to healthcare”..
A proclamation that 4/22 is earth day? Hope they
Say something about “face mask trash” is killing
Wildlife on the other side of the planet..
Fair housing month? The c of g ruined that by
Discriminating against small ma-pa landlords with
Increased regulation and permit fees that get passed
On to the tenants… the unintended consequences are that rents go up…
Did “wild spaces and public places” money go towards that ugly
“Submission to control mural” at Oakview Park
On NW 8th Ave in GNV…you know, the guy with
His hands up, mask over face, & whitehouse in
Background? I don’t think it’s art, it’s Something
Creepy. A political statement and should be removed…it’s very disturbing whatever it is….
It needs to be replaced with butterfly’s or something?
Correct me if I am wrong but I believe this is the meeting where the Commission was going to consider changing the mask mandate to voluntary? I hope this happens, and if it does the commission does not cave in to the Gainesville city commission like they did before.
