Arrest made in Georgia of boyfriend and co-defendant in case of sexual battery on young child, will be extradited to Alachua County

Justin Mark De La Rosa, 30, was located and arrested yesterday in Alma, GA, and charged with two counts of sexual battery on a child under 12 and one count of lewd and lascivious behavior on a child under 16.

De La Rosa’s girlfriend, Kareena Louise Jones, 27, was arrested on April 14 and charged with sexual battery on a child under 12 and lewd and lascivious behavior. According to court documents, Jones is credibly accused of “assisting her paramour in sexually battering” a child who was 4-5 years of age, in addition to other allegations of sexual abuse. She is being held on $1,100,000 bond.

De La Rosa will be extradited back to the Alachua County Jail and will be held on $2,100,000 bond.
