  • So they are having two of the reviews of the budget on the same day? I thought the purpose of multiple reviews was to give the citizens time to review the planned details and comment in the next review period. Is this double review on the same day even legal? It certainly appears to bypass the People’s right to address the issue. Unless of course, the announcement meant that one review was being broken into 2 parts because of time.

  • “Gun violence is a public health emergency.”

The only way this can be true is if a criminal uses a gun in the commission of a crime. Health, public and personal, is the physical being of a person, relating to diseases. What our local governing boards claim as gun violence is nothing more than weak to no consequences for violating laws, especially involving illegal possession or usage of firearms. It is a common problem in cities run by Liberal Democrats.

  • “Budget” Ha! That’s a good one. Ain’t no budgeting like we know of going on there. Their idea of a ‘budget’ is we spend taxpayers money and then demand more.
