BANCF presents 2022 Parade of Homes, May 14-15 and May 21-22

Press release from Builders Association of North Central Florida
Members of the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) have planned, developed, and worked together to present the latest in building techniques and neighborhood designs at the 2022 Parade of Homes™. “We are proud to showcase our local building industry to the community each year during the Parade. Our members are the key to the success of this signature event,” said Matt Marino, BANCF President.
Parade visitors will not only find a huge variety of home design and décor, but also the newest in landscaping, energy efficient techniques, and green building products. This year’s event will showcase 22 new homes in 13 beautiful neighborhoods throughout Alachua County.
With folks flocking to Florida and a very competitive mortgage market, we have a unique opportunity for prospective home buyers in the Greater Gainesville area. “A home is one of the best investments anyone can make, especially in our area of high demand. Buying a home in our area is not only a sound long-term financial decision but also the gateway to all the great things our community has to offer… why live anywhere else?” continued Marino.
The Parade of Homes™ will be open Noon to 5 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday, May 14-15 & May 21-22. A full-color parade magazine with floor plans, renderings, and maps to all locations will be inserted in the May/June edition of Our Town Magazine, available online at BANCF.COM, and in each of the parade houses.
Given the listed neighborhoods, how’s that “affordable” housing working for all of you liberal hypocrites? If you’re fortunate/blessed/lucky to afford one, it’s not really your’s. The local government will dictate what you can and can’t do with it. If GRU is your utility provider, it doesn’t matter how green your home is, GRU is going to bill you for saving energy.
Funny, there aren’t any “parades” east of Main St. Why exactly is that? All of you Democrats, how long are you going to continue to believe the people you keep electing to “serve” you? The only thing some commissioners expect is for you to serve them.
