GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Buchholz High School was locked down today as a precaution while Alachua County Sheriff’s Deputies were chasing a 17-year-old juvenile who was wanted for violation of probation. The juvenile jumped a fence and entered the campus but was captured by deputies and taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
Alachua County Public Schools sent an emergency notification to all Buchholz families.
Usually it’s kids jumping fences to escape school not to get into school. Was he hoping to camouflage himself with the kids who wanted to learn? Picked a school with a good math program though. I bet they could teach him about “10, 20, life.”
That being said, he was wanted for violation of probation. Bet he’s wishing he would have paid more attention in school or at least been where he should have been when he was arrested the first time.
