What is happening here in Alachua County, Florida, is blatantly appalling. Many men and fathers are being arrested on alleged violent non-evidentiary sworn complaints. I and many others strongly suspect that this is politically motivated to try to advance the plantation program agenda by the Democrat Party here in Alachua County, Florida.
There are certain judges in the 8th Circuit, like Judge Susan Miller-Jones and Judge Meshon Rawls, who hear misdemeanor cases and who violate the 8th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by granting excessive bond amounts to mostly male suspects. These judges also excessively sentence male suspects at a greater rate, which would also be in violation of the 8th Amendment and the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, Equal Protection of the Law.
Most of the men and fathers are falsely arrested by the City of Gainesville’s political agency, better known as the Gainesville Police Department. If the Gainesville Police Department was more of a law enforcement organization, then many men and fathers would not be arrested on non-evidentiary sworn complaints or hearsay.
Many domestic violence allegations resulting in a response by members of the City of Gainesville’s Policy Enforcing Agency, a.k.a. GPD, often result in an arrest when the suspect is a male or father, leading me and others to strongly suspect that many arrests are gender- and parental-driven, rather than evidence-driven.
This unlawful practice has a detrimental affect on children and families, resulting in poverty, mental health disorders, homelessness, physical health ailments, alcoholism., suicide, etc., etc., etc.
Recently the City of Gainesville voted to allocate funds to help build affordable housing for alleged victims fleeing domestic violence. Many of the alleged victims are women who work in a well-concerted effort assisting the City of Gainesville to implement this agenda.

Great opinion piece. I’ve noticed this trend as well. Weaponized feminist and the destruction of the family unit is toxic to our society. Many so called victims are in fact not victims at all. GPD is more of a political agency as opposed to an agency of law enforcement.
Repent and stop hitting people. That is all.
Maybe, but if you are the same Telford Cartwright that was arrested in 2024 for two counts of domestic violence and child abuse then your point is ridiculous. In public information search – The daughter asked Spaulding what Cartwright’s bond was and was afraid he’d get out of prison. Both victims told Spaulding about crimes Cartwright had previously inflicted against them.
This is the first time Cartwright has faced any form of consequence for his violent behavior against his family.
The DCF has received multiple reports of Cartwright’s abuse.
The victim is “adamant that she [is] afraid to be in [her] home until she knows Cartwright will not be able to come back and harm them.” The victim said her mother hadn’t reported because she is afraid that Cartwright will “send someone to kill them if he ends up going to prison. I do not feel sorry for you

Court records show a lengthy criminal past of arrests ranging from narcotics, burglary, aggravated assault and battery, traffic charges. Only thing is is good at is trying to get out of the charges with motions filed and withdrawn. Plus he was just arrested again this year for fraud. So there are some adjudication of guilt. Where there is smoke there usually fire. Sooner or later he is going to hit the wrong female or child and come back missing a nub or worse. Nope do not feel sorry for him and his plight. He deserves it.
Cops can usually tell who the psycho parent is, if their other histories are known. DCF plays a role too, they get the histories of the parents and call personal references.
Many here are over-looking the obvious and disregarding the authors concerns based on his own past. While they may contribute to his writing of this piece, I have seen instances myself where no violence had occurred and the female called the police to file a report of abuse so that she would then qualify for such “victims” assistance to avoid becoming homeless because said male wanted her to leave and she had no where to go. Eventually witness statements etc exonerated the man but not until he was forced from his home and labelled by the community, lost his job over a false claim. After the ruling showed no evidence and that it was false claim STILL no charges for the female “FALSE victim”. Police and Judges are quick to side with females due to the size/strength differences with no evidence “in the name of safety”. I see the bias he refers to also the bail costs are public record and if they do indeed show a pattern then the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission should be investigating.
We are well aware you do not think women are people. We will continue to react accordingly, its why not one woman can stand the sight or smell of you.

Globally a woman or girl is murdered by her partner or family member every 10 minutes. A high percentage of human trafficking worldwide is of women and girls for sexual exploitation.
