City of Gainesville: RTS buses won’t run on Labor Day, trash pickup unaffected

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In observance of the Labor Day holiday, City offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1.
Residential curbside collection for garbage, recycling, and yard waste will not be impacted by the holiday.
No RTS bus service is scheduled for the holiday. Please plan accordingly.
No biggy. The unemployed dependent crowd didn’t have any plans on actually working anyway.
