GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Congresswoman Kat Cammack (FL-03) is seeking fall 2024 interns in her Washington, D.C. and Gainesville offices! Interns have the opportunity to learn the legislative process, how congressional offices help constituents, and more.

Gainesville & Ocala Internship Information for High School Students:

Team Kat’s District Offices are seeking high school interns! This program provides students the opportunity to receive volunteer hours that fulfill graduation requirements and earn a letter of recommendation from the Office of Congresswoman Kat Cammack! Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to constituent communication, assisting with constituent services, and helping office staff with various projects. Ideal candidates will be quick learners that have initiative, a strong work ethic, communication skills, and a positive attitude. Internships are in-person at the Gainesville and Ocala District Offices. Applicants must be a Junior or Senior and at least 16 years of age with a minimum of a 3.5 weighted GPA. They must submit their application pages, guidance counselor form, and permission slip to Laura.Miner@mail.house.gov or drop them off at one of our office locations by September 27th.
