Crawfordville man arrested for recording sex video at High Springs Airbnb without permission
Staff report
HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – Dimonte Armand Riles, 26, of Crawfordville, was arrested yesterday for allegedly recording a consensual sexual encounter without the knowledge of the victim, a woman he met at an Airbnb in High Springs.
The victim reported to a High Springs Police Department (HSPD) officer that she met Riles at an Airbnb in High Springs on January 30 and had consensual sexual intercourse with him; she said everything went well over the course of their time in High Springs, but on February 17, Riles sent her a text message asking if it was okay that he made a video of the two of them having sex. She said she responded that she was not okay with that, and he responded, “I’m not asking, I already done it.” She said this upset her, and she asked him to delete the video.
The officer reported that the victim showed him text messages between herself and Riles that corroborated her story, including the video he sent her via Snapchat.
The officer contacted Riles by phone on February 20, and he reported that Riles said he knew the victim and had met her at an Airbnb, where they had consensual sex. When the officer asked if the victim knew he was recording her, Riles reportedly said the victim looked up at the camera, so he thought she knew. When the officer asked whether Riles had asked the victim for permission to record her, he reportedly said he did not because it was “kind of in the moment.” The officer noted that the video he reviewed did not show the victim looking at the camera.
On February 27, Riles went to HSPD Headquarters for an interview, and post Miranda, he reportedly admitted that he had never asked for or received permission from the victim to record her while they were engaged in sexual activity. The officer placed him under arrest.
Riles has been charged with video voyeurism, a felony. He has no local criminal history, and he only has traffic violations in Wakulla County. Judge Jonathan Ramsey ordered him released on his own recognizance.
Articles about arrests are based on reports from law enforcement agencies. The charges listed are taken from the arrest report and/or court records and are only accusations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dang…..I never knew I needed permission to make sex videos at my AbNB? I better close the drapes next time.
Your hand will never tell.
Lol that is pretty good for a guy that probably has a significant other that makes you leave yours in the freezer next to the frozen peas.
Only reason this idiot recorded it was to exploit a female. If she didn’t know then he probably has been doing this for a while with any female he comes in contact with.
