I like that GPD is making domestic violence a priority, but how can they stop someone from supposedly knocking a slice of pizza 🍕 out of your hand?
I would rather see GPD making homeless violent crime a priority instead…
There’s lots of “levers in their toolbox”
they can pull like keeping panhandlers out of street medians, or requesting that the city reduce the occupancy rate at Grace with their dumpster fire 🔥 of inviting criminal houseless vagrants here from all over the planet … put up a no vacancy sign,
Give them a hand 🤚 up, and a ticket out 🎟️ back to where they came from so they can be reunited with their friends, family, & church… if your your friends, family, & church give up on you, then you’re just an asshole.
They can make an impact on the “homeless crime emergency” we are having here…not just making police reports about it.
