Duke Energy promises 95% power restoration to High Springs by 11 p.m. on Friday, Clay Electric by noon

HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – The High Springs Fire Department announced that Duke Energy anticipates 95% power restoration to the High Springs area by 11 p.m. on Friday, September 1, with many customers restored before then. As many as half of Duke Energy’s Alachua County customers were without power this morning.

Clay Electric anticipates 98% restoration to customers in Alachua and Gilchrist Counties by noon on Friday.
