Was he homeless?
Why was he in the middle of the roadway at 4:41 A.M?
The reason for that is apparently unknown.
TV 20 news reported that he was with people in a car that ran out of gas. The victim was reported to be standing in Archer road with an empty gas can.
Find the cowards who initially hit him and charge them with murder.
This hit and run activity must stop!
For unknown reasons? Prolly panhandling…we keep saying it’s a public safety hazzard… local gov and law enforcement have been complicit with this activity…the family of the homeless victim should call Morgan and Morgan because the city & county have been complicit about panhandling in street medians and set a precedent.
