  • Why was he in the middle of the roadway at 4:41 A.M?
The reason for that is apparently unknown.

    • TV 20 news reported that he was with people in a car that ran out of gas. The victim was reported to be standing in Archer road with an empty gas can.

  • Find the cowards who initially hit him and charge them with murder.
This hit and run activity must stop!

  • For unknown reasons? Prolly panhandling…we keep saying it’s a public safety hazzard… local gov and law enforcement have been complicit with this activity…the family of the homeless victim should call Morgan and Morgan because the city & county have been complicit about panhandling in street medians and set a precedent.
