Gainesville man arrested for sexual battery on 5-year-old

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Jermarcus Arking McFadden, 34, was arrested yesterday and charged with sexual battery on a 5-year-old victim.
McFadden was reportedly caring for the child, who is related to McFadden, at the time of the incident. The child reportedly told the Child Protection Team that McFadden had inserted his finger into the child’s anus.
Post Miranda, McFadden denied touching the child in any manner but said an unknown man had victimized the child while he was living at a former residence. He reportedly could not explain why allegations were being made against him rather than the other man except to say that the child’s grandmother “did not like” him.
McFadden has no local criminal history. Bail information is unavailable on weekends.

If he actually did that to that poor child he deserves a slow painful death. He’ll get what’s coming to him in prison if he is found guilty. I’ve seen what happens to cho-mo’s in prison. Daily harassment, ass whoopings, and possible death.
Unfortunately most prisons have a section designated just for the chomos to keep them safe what I don’t understand is why are we worried about their safety what about the child safety getting close to that time where we as citizens will have to get rid of this tyranny and quit allowing them to keep this power they have… It’s our god given right to overturn a government once they’ve become corrupt and use their power to further their own interest instead of working for the common good

McFadden says he didn’t touch the child in any manner but yet he is the one caring for the child, he says the Ghost of Christmas past was the one who victimized the child. How can that be be when you are the one watching the child during that period of time so you would have known the child was being abused. If a normal person knew a child was being sexually abused I would think one would at least report it or beat the person doing it. But in these woke times people have no responsiblity as humans let alone knowing fight from wrong. These abuse investigation teams are very detailed and thorough in these type of investigation so they probably have plenty of evidence to charge. So let him go trial and be fairly judged. If found guilty then left the bottom brick of the prison and insert him there.
Apparently he was in the middle of a haircut when arrested.
