Gainesville man charged with repeatedly raping 11-year-old over 2-year period

Christopher Deon Flintroyal, 33, was arrested yesterday afternoon and charged with sexual battery on a child under the age of 12.

According to the arrest report, the child, who is currently 11 years old, told investigators in a forensic interview that Flintroyal has been having intercourse with her since she was 9 years old. Post Miranda, Flintroyal reportedly admitted to taking the child to his residence and having intercourse with her.

The charge is a capital felony, and Flintroyal is being held on $500,000 bail.
