Gainesville is “on the move” alright…in circles. Around the drain.
The City Commission, plus Lauren Poe and a few others are who we have to thank for that.
Will they be providing Kevlar or just making sure attendees know the way to the nearest escape exit?
Gainesville is on the move!!!!! We are moving up!!!! Our utility bills are moving up!!!! Our property taxes are moving up!!!! Our crime rate is moving up!!!! Our homeless population is moving up!!! The only thing not moving up is the intelligence of our local leaders…Yep between Mayor make you Poe and Mayor backWard we are on the move in the wrong direction!!!!!

Home Slice,
I just read the list and threw up in my mouth. I especially love objective #6…. “Reduce the City organization’s carbon footprint by 25% to achieve the climate change goal”…. Yes lets reduce the City’s carbon foot print by cutting down ans burning CO2 absorbing trees to make power. Can these people really be this stupid?
Yeah they are completely insane! Completely out of touch with reality
🤔…YES!
Is this REALLY necessary?
We’ve been on the move for years … dodging potholes and bullets!
For those of you who are able, get out while you still can!
The city and its inept group of merry henchmen (commissioners), have pulled the drain plug on what was once a fine city.
There is life after Gainesville.
I’d wager there are more people moving out of Gainesville and into the rural communities than there are in. The majority of people moving in are transients; students, homeless and patients who’ve been shot.
Gainesville on the Move….move toward bankruptcy, move to be crime mecca, move to end residentially challenged persons on 20 year anniversary of 10 year plan?
