Gainesville woman arrested for stalking neighbors
Staff report
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Aspacia Raine Henley, 24, was arrested yesterday for allegedly stalking her neighbors, including following them to work.
The victims told a responding Gainesville Police Department officer that Henley sent them multiple text messages that, according to the arrest report, “consisted of hate, libel, and threats.” Henley also allegedly followed the victims to their place of employment at least three times and followed them around as they worked; she was reportedly kicked out of the business twice.
The victims reportedly asked Henley to stop contacting them on February 17, but Henley allegedly continued to send them text messages that served no legitimate purpose, and she reportedly threatened that she would escalate her behavior on April 1.
The victims reported that these messages caused them so much distress that they were afraid to sleep at their residence.
Henley has been charged with stalking. She has no criminal history, and Judge Susan Miller-Jones set bail at $25,000 and ordered a mental health evaluation.
Articles about arrests are based on reports from law enforcement agencies. The charges listed are taken from the arrest report and/or court records and are only accusations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Too many nut jobs on the loose.
Unfortunately looks like a hard 24 for her. Wonder if she has a job, and still having all this time to harass the local citizenry.
To much time on her hands. Send her to ol sparky.
