GFR responds to crash with entrapment

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – One patient was extricated from a vehicle today at the intersection of 15th Street and NE Waldo Road.

At about 8:16 a.m. on August 5, Gainesville Fire Rescue responded to a motor vehicle accident with entrapment at the intersection of 15th Street and NE Waldo Road. Crews arrived to find one patient trapped inside the vehicle and quickly went to work using hydraulic rescue tools to safely extricate them.
