Yesterday, Governor Ron DeSantis received the following bills from the Florida Legislature. The Governor has until June 22, 2022, to act on these bills.

  • HB 1431 – City of Apopka, Orange County
  • CS/HB 1493 – Alachua County (introduced by Rep. Chuck Clemons)

Today, Governor Ron DeSantis received the following bills from the Florida Legislature. The Governor has until June 23, 2022, to act on these bills.

  • CS/CS/SB 364 – Specialty License Plates (co-introduced by Sen. Keith Perry)
  • CS/CS/SB 1062 – Service of Process  (introduced by Sen. Jennifer Bradley)
  • CS/CS/SB 1614 – Public Records/Motor Vehicle Crashes/Traffic Citations 
  • Just called The governor’s office to thank him in advance / ask him to sign our Single Member Districts bill. I’m sure he will, but it can’t but help if his office gets LOTS of calls from our area asking him to sign/ thanking him for supporting representative government…
