GPD asks public for assistance in identifying suspects in shooting at Dee’s Liquor

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Gainesville Police Department is seeking the public’s help in an ongoing investigation into a shooting that occurred at Dee’s Liquor, located at 1030 SE 4th Ave, on July 12, 2024, at approximately 11:50 p.m.
We believe the suspects were occupying a black Cadillac SRX, pictured above, and shot numerous bullets at a crowd of people outside Dee’s Liquor.
Investigators believe this vehicle was parked in the city of Gainesville for several days prior to the shooting. We are asking anyone who may have seen this vehicle parked anywhere in Gainesville between July 9, 2024, and July 12, 2024, to come forward.

They are right on it. They are scheduling a meeting in January at the Hilton to talk about it while enjoying those great little meat balls on toothpicks.
I’ve seen that car parked all over town
This car was last seen at The MLk July 31, 2024 around 3p.m suspect appears to be a male. as the car left i know he is headed out of town and has to stay out of the car so we dont intend to find it. this is a run on sentence.
Who decides the number of liquor licenses and locations? Is it a local or state govt office?
We need to consider removing liquor licenses from certain parts of town.
I think Fat Harvey wants to add more. Maybe several Bottle Club over that way. Keep them on the Eastside. Move City Hall there too.
