I’ll wait on this one….
So sad, people need to slow down, put their phones down and pay attention.
The pedestrian may have tripped on that deep road valley caused by heavy trucks, being elderly. Very sad 😢
Where did it say the driver was speeding, on his phone or was not paying attention? While unfortunate that lady was not at a crosswalk and that stretch of highway is pretty dark.
Very sad. It’s dark then and peds must be very very cautious.
Heard it was a homeless woman & her dog.
Wonder if city leadership is going to ante up since they; 1. Sent out the invite, or 2., may have contributed due to high utility and tax rates.
Either way, a life was lost and may have been avoided.
