GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Gainesville Police Department (GPD) Detectives would like to thank everyone who has come forward so far with information about and/or video of two of the persons of interest from the downtown shooting that occurred on May 18th. We ask that the public take another look at these additional views and urge anyone with any information on these persons to come forward.

      • Know what prejudice is? Maybe bigotry? Won’t even mention the ‘R’ word.
        Maybe that helps with understanding my comment.
        If not, maybe this will: “When you make an assumption, you make an ass out of ‘u’ and ‘umption”.
        It’s one thing to mention a statistic after the fact, something entirely different to use a statistic to decide what the outcome is based on a person’s personal feelings or political leanings.

        There’s anomalies and there’s anomalies, easy to determine the difference here.
