GRU’s payment processing systems are down due to Crowdstrike outage

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Due to the Crowdstrike outage, GRU’s payment processor (Kubra) is currently unavailable to process online payments. As a result, late fees have been suspended until the issue is resolved.  Payments may still be made by phone – (352) 334-3434 option 5, 1, 1 or by visiting GRU’s Drive-Thru or Lobby at 301 SE 4th Ave. Gainesville, FL 32601.  Please contact GRU’s Customer Service department at (352) 334-3434 if additional assistance is needed.

  • Caused probably by people complaining about high Electric bills, my almost doubled for this billing cycle, $487. as opposed to $253. for the last cycle, LORD, HELP ME GET OUT OF THIS COUNTY.
