The cartoonist doesn’t seem to understand that this facility has been servicing the homeless since 2014. It has an incredible track record in helping people transition into housing and back into society. And the legislature has recently decreed that there has to be a place to take people when a complaint is filed.
incredible track record? you must be joking , i worked atthe jail six years, the stories of rapes, beatings , muggings , killings, drug use were staggering even to me a jaded healthcare professional. the over whelming opinion i heard was ” thank goodness im safe here in jail” you have NO idea !!!
