Hawthorne man struck by pickup

From Florida Highway Patrol release

At approximately 10:50 p.m. on April 27, a pickup truck driven by a 23-year-old Hawthorne man struck and killed a 39-year-old Hawthorne man on CR 346. According to the report, the truck was traveling southwest on CR 346 when the pedestrian walked into the roadway and was hit. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.
