Prospective homebuyers who plan on applying to purchase a Heartwood home should follow the instructions on the website. Two purchasing paths are available, and the process for applying depends on which purchasing path the buyer will be taking.
For those seeking Dreams2Reality financing, the application cycle is now open until July 14, 2021 at 10 p.m. Those selected to move forward will be notified on July 16. The application process for the homes that require construction to perm loans is now open, and applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. Heartwood is a new neighborhood in S.E. Gainesville that will offer a variety of home models and floor plans to accommodate a range of financial and size needs. The neighborhood is conveniently located and offers amenities such as natural common areas and walking trails.
