Staff report
HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – In a social media post, High Springs Police Department (HSPD) welcomed its newest team member, Santa Fe, who is assigned to High Springs Community School and will work with handler Officer Montana Sayer to foster mentorship and perform firearm-ammunition detection on the school campus.
HSPD thanks Aimpowers Retrievers and Santa Fe Ford for their generous donations that allowed Santa Fe to join the agency and start her training.
Thank you to all that made this possible.
Chocolate Labrador retriever?
Best dog to have for detection of guns and drugs. Plus tge best to be around kids. It is not a apprehension dog.
Way to go Santa Fe Ford. Love those guys!
Omg, Santa Fe is adorable. Way to go, to all involved!
