HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – Tyuanna Daja Towns, 24, was arrested yesterday morning after allegedly breaking into a home on Tuesday and causing extensive property damage, then coming back the next day to attack a woman inside the home.
At about 9:58 a.m. on January 28, a High Springs Police Department (HSPD) officer responded to a home on CR 340, where a witness was reportedly restraining Towns to prevent her from attacking a woman inside the home.
The officer reported that HSPD officers had responded to the same location on Tuesday and found significant damage to most of the home’s windows, the back door, security cameras, and furniture inside the home; multiple TVs were reportedly damaged with a hammer. The damage occurred while the victim was not home, but Towns reportedly sent multiple text messages stating that she was at the home and was causing damage. Towns was no longer at the home when officers responded, and she was not arrested that day.
On Wednesday, the officer reported that the door to the home was open because work crews were repairing the damage from the previous day, so Towns allegedly rushed inside and tried to attack the victim after a brief verbal argument. The victim said Towns does not live at the home and was not invited to enter the home.
The officer estimated the damage to the home at “several thousand dollars, if not more.”
Post Miranda, Towns reportedly said, “Anything in there that’s broken, I did it yesterday.” She also reportedly admitted to burglarizing the home the previous day.
Towns has been charged with burglary of an occupied structure, felony property damage, and assault. She has no criminal history, and Judge Meshon Rawls ordered her held without bail pending a hearing on a motion from the State Attorney’s office to hold her without bail until trial. On February 9, Judge Robert Groeb granted the motion and ordered her held without bail until trial.
Articles about arrests are based on reports from law enforcement agencies. The charges listed are taken from the arrest report and/or court records and are only accusations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Something like a batshiat-crazy charge would also be appropriate in this case.
Schools should teach gainful employment and family values more than once a year. So youth who miss class that day don’t turn out like this 🤡👹
She probably needs a huge time out in jail. Two days in row. Next time the occupants may not be so lucky or the suspect will find out what her participation prize is.
Stupid and Ugly. That’s two strikes against her.
Another fine example. Is it BHM yet? I can hardly wait..

Doesn’t take much to get you fired up. Nothing in this article mentions immigration or federal law. Please take your meds and gave a glass of your favorite drink with lots of ICE.
