GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Victoria Lane Woolsey, 37, was arrested last night and charged with burglary after allegedly taking alcohol bottles from a storage closet at the Stayable Select hotel to a vacant storage area, where she was sleeping.
Woolsey, whose address is listed as GRACE Marketplace, was reportedly found sleeping in a vacant storage area at the hotel.
Post Miranda, she reportedly said she walked through the building into an area where alcoholic beverages were stored; she allegedly took multiple bottles of alcohol and took them across the building to a vacant storage area. She reportedly admitted that she drank some of the alcohol.
Hotel employees told Gainesville Police Department officers that the storage area where the alcohol was kept was behind several closed doors and not readily accessible to the public.
Woolsey has two felony convictions; Judge Walter Green released her on her own recognizance.
Articles about arrests are based on reports from law enforcement agencies. The charges listed are taken from the arrest report and/or court records and are only accusations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Judge Green at it again. He is a tit on a boar.
Another Gville poster gal.
She’s a drunk vagrant trying to steal a drink. Her offense was minor. Most judges democrat or republican would ROR. Housing inmates is expensive. Her big charge comes from entering the structure. That’s burglary. She got no charge for the theft of the alcohol.
i did not know Nicolas Cage was in town!
