Jonathan Ramsey appointed to Judge Walter Green’s seat

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced that he has appointed Jonathan Ramsey of Gainesville to serve on the Alachua County Court.
According to a release from the Governor’s Office, Ramsey has worked as an Associate at Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A. since 2018. Previously, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Eighth Judicial Circuit. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. He earned his master’s degree and his juris doctor from the University of Florida. Ramsey fills the judicial vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Walter Green.
A great honest and sincere legal scholar who will be strong and fair. He will do exceptionally well.

Anyone will be a better judge than Green.
