Jay’lene Asheem Wilson, who just turned 18 a few weeks ago, has been charged as an adult for allegedly shooting Travis Michael Richardson, Jr., on December 27, 2021, when Wilson was a juvenile.
Charges filed in the case allege that Wilson shot Richardson with a handgun at Harbor Cove Apartments and that Wilson, who was previously convicted of a delinquent act that would be a felony if committed by an adult, illegally possessed a handgun and ammunition.
